Nocturnal

Occassionally we like to tell you what our shirt means, just in case you didn't know, and in this case, nocturnal is defined as an adjective meaning:

1. of or pertaining to the night (opposed to diurnal).
2. done, occurring, or coming at night: nocturnal visit.
3. active at night (opposed to diurnal): nocturnal animals.
4. opening by night and closing by day, as certain flowers (opposed to diurnal). �noun
5. Archaic. an astrolabe for telling time at night or for determining latitude by the position of certain stars in reference to Polaris.

Do you consider yourself nocturnal? (Sort of like an owl or a bat) Do you function better when the sun is gone? Do you get more work done at night? Do you have more energy at night and feel tired during the day? Some of us here are definitely nocturnal and this shirt is for them. Others are diurnal, falling asleep easily when the sun is down, so we balance each other out, sort of like the yin and the yang of ShirtaDay, and the dirunals most likely won't be getting their own shirt since too many people don't know what that word means and they're just not as cool, b/c they're too normal.
