Anyways, so back in 2008 this guy was wearing a shirt similar to this one in the UK, in the city of Peterborough to be exact, and he got stopped in the city centre (that's like downtown) by "the wardens" while waiting for a bus with his wife and was threatened with a 80 pound (~$160) on-the-spot fine if he was caught wearing it again. The city council said that "Using offensive, abusive, or insulting language is an offence under the Public Order Act, which also applies to such language appearing in print." That's why we're saying you should show your thanks for the US of A because here you can wear whatever you want out in public, as long as you're wearing clothes, and we're here to help you prove that fact.
